Mike Vieten, CFA
Managing Partner
Mike has built his career providing financial and strategic advisory services to high growth companies across the consumer space, including alcohol, restaurants, CPG, beverage, apparel, delivery, and consumer tech companies. He has worked with numerous executive teams, helping them grow by providing them with key financial capabilities: equity fundraising, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, M&A due diligence, business planning, and capital allocation. Mike graduated from Columbia Business School with his MBA, and Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences with his Bachelor’s of Science degree. Mike is also a CFA Charterholder.
Daniel Mayans, CFA
Managing Partner
Danny is an entrepreneur and financial & legal professional. He has experience delivering solutions to clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Digital Media and Financial Institutions industries, within international M&A, capital structure, restructuring, and structured finance transactions. In addition to his responsibilities at Rocketship Consulting, Danny is the Founder and CEO of Salsa God, a rapidly-growing and award-winning better-for-you Mexican snack foods brand in the CPG space. Salsa God products can be found in over 1,500 stores in 45 states, Puerto Rico, Australia, and Germany. Danny holds an MBA from HEC Paris, a JD from Georgetown University, and a BA from the University of Texas at Austin. He maintains his license to practice law in the State of New York and is a CFA Charterholder.
Brian Vieten, CFA
Managing Partner
Brian is an experienced management consulting and finance professional, who began his career advising large financial institutions on customer acquisition and retention strategies, as well as operational process improvement. Over the past few years, he has specialized in the consumer sector and constructs actionable investment theses based on business strategy and financial analysis, data-driven industry insights, and discussions with key industry players, including investors and company management teams. Brian graduated from Boston College with his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics and is a CFA Charterholder.
